Shipping and Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within ten business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped. We regret that we cannot ship to post office boxes or outside the contiguous 48 states.
Note: Please allow up to 2 weeks additional delivery for all monogrammed and personalized items.
*The regular shipping and processing charges stated on the Delivery and Processing Charges Chart cover Parcel Post Delivery. These charges do not include surcharges that may apply to some items or Rush Charges.

Shipping address options
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected during checkout.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to Alabama.
On Campus Delivery
For items that are delivered using our on campus delivery service at select universities, we schedule a delivery time prior to or on move-in day as allowed by individual universities. Most pieces will be brought to your room, unpacked, assembled and inspected, and all the packing materials will be taken away. Campus delivery is only by prior arrangement and in accordance with the policies of participating universities.
