Moxii Guarantee
Moxii guarantees our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 30 days of original purchase:
Moxii accepts returns of unused, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price if the item has subsequently been placed on sale.
Monogrammed, personalized and final sale
No monogrammed, personalized or final sale items may be returned or exchanged.

Return or Exchange an item by mail
You can send an item back to us at the address below using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct. On exchanges we do ask that you pay for the return postage.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original purchase price an approximate date of the purchase
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
